Today, we invite you, someone who knows the heart and mission of Friendship House, to consider taking the next step in service by joining our Board of Directors.
Serving on the board is an opportunity to:
· Give back in a powerful, lasting way
· Shape the future of Friendship House and ensure it continues to meet the needs of our recovery community
· Use your voice to represent members and influence how we grow and serve
· Strengthen your own recovery by practicing the principles of service, leadership, and unity
We’re looking for individuals with experience in:
· Nonprofit leadership and grant writing
· Finance or Accounting
· Legal and governance
· Facilities management
· Community engagement
Board Members Will:
· Provide leadership and strategic direction
· Champion our mission in the community
· Support fundraising efforts to sustain and grow Friendship House
· Attend regular board meetings and actively participate on committees
· Help ensure Friendship House remains a safe, accessible, and vibrant hub for recovery
